Shots have been fired again and we have reason to believe we may have another season of drama between Wizkid and one of his baby mamas as Shola Ogudu shades at him on Instagram.

Shola Ogudu had yesterday, Wednesday, August 29th taken to her Instagram stories to talk about how some parents neglect their kids and even worse when these children begins to understand the situation by themselves.

“You wanna know what’s worse than a child being told his/her parents irresponsibility and Negligence towards them!? Seeing a child growing to understand it by him/herself. Seeing is believing my people. KARMA is as real as it gets. Be careful how you lay your bed in this present day, cos the seed you sow now, determines if you ever get a bed to lay on in the future. Be wise and YOLO with sense,” she wrote.

This isn’t the first time she is throwing shades at the singer but he is yet to respond to this one.

The Internet was recently sent agog when a TV presenter and model, Emilia Samuel accused a filmmaker working for Linda Ikeji, Theo Ukpaa of rape. The lady claimed he raped her when she was 16.

She claimed he might want to deny committing the act, but her model colleagues who were working with her at the time can attest to the allege rape.

International rap star, Kanye West has finally issued an apology after he angered black people by saying black slavery was a choice.

The multiple Grammy award winning rapper was at 107.5 WGCI Chicago yesterday morning for an interview and he used the opportunity to issue an apology.

Addressing the statement he made on TMZ TV that black people chose to be slaves, Kanye first said that he “never really approached or addressed the slavery comment fully,” and discussed it in relation to his mental well-being.

He said:

This is something about the fact that it hurt people’s feelings and the way that I presented that piece of information. I could present in a way more calm way, but I was ramped up. And I apologize. That happens sometimes when people are—I’m not blaming mental health, but I’m explaining mental health.

He added:

I don’t know if I properly apologized for how the slavery comment made people feel. I’m sorry for the one-two effect of the MAGA hat into the slave comment, and I’m sorry for people that felt let down by that moment. And I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to talk to you about the way I was thinking and what I was going through.

He also gave his thoughts on Donald Trump’s views on black people, a question he couldn’t answer when Jimmy Kimmel asked him during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! He explained that he was silent when Jimmy Kimmel asked him the question because he was taking “time to think.”

He said:

I feel that [Trump] cares about the way black people feel about him, and he would like for black people to like him like they did when he was cool in the rap songs… He will do the things that are necessary to make that happen because he’s got an ego like all the rest of us, and he wants to be the greatest president, and he knows that he can’t be the greatest president without the acceptance of the black community. So it’s something he’s gonna work towards, but we’re gonna have to speak to him.

“I’m tired of taking care of myself, lets just put it like that. I need someone to come and take care of me now. Whether he is rich or he’s successful all I want is for him to be a generous man because there are several rich men out there who are not generous.

That’s the duty of a man, you need to provide for your woman, you need to take care of your woman and you need to support her.”

Nollywood actress Adesua Etomi has been honored by the University she attended and her face has been plastered on the wall of the institution.

The screen star acknowledged the honour by reflecting on her time in the University of Wolverhampton and how she often worried about how to pay school fees while there.

Today, she’s being recognized by the same University.

The movie industry has been thrown into a state of mourning following the death of actress, Uduak Akrah.

The screen star who is a graduate of creative art from the University of Lagos, is reported to have died on Saturday, at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).

Colleagues of the actress have since confirmed the news of her death on social media, saying she died on Saturday, following injuries sustained from a fatal fall in the bathroom.

Popular filmmaker Charles Novia said;

“I just heard from someone close to her and her family in Abuja. She suffered complications in the past few months from a nasty fall in the bathroom,”

The actress who is based in Abuja was said to have been ill from the accident for some time, and was eventually brought to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) where she was pronounced dead on arrival.

Described by colleagues as a versatile entertainer both on screen and on stage, Uduak Akrah, a graduate of Creative Art from the University of Lagos, was also an event planner and singer before her death.

Iyen Agbonifo speaking on her death said;

“Fantastic actress on stage and screen… An Akokite, calm and gentle, may her soul rest perfectly in peace,”

She is known for films like ‘Emotional Crack’ and ‘Bafana Bafana’.
