The Lagos state Appeal Court in its ruling, said it was granting the actress bail pending the determination of an appeal filed by the actress at the Supreme Court. The five year jail sentence was due to the death of a Lagos based doctor, Giwa Sarah in an accident that was allegedly caused by the actress.
