Mimi Orjiekwe Denies Ever Granting An Interview Where She Said Actors Didn’t Make Much In Hollywood

Nollywood actress Mimi Orjiekwe has denied granting an interview where she revealed she was not earning enough as an actor.

The mother of one took to her IG page to deny granting an interview to the Punch’s Sunday Scoop where she said, and quote, “I love acting but there is no money in it as much as in the oil sector. I have a lot of expenses; I have a baby, do charity, like to look good and have a family to support. For you to be able to do all these, you need to make a lot of money. Unfortunately, acting cannot give you much money.”

Mimi went ahead explaining that she gave no such interview and she has not granted one since 2016 because she has been busy with the launch of her makeup line.
