Zlatan Ibile was detained for four days in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) alongside Naira Marley and others. However, Naira Marley is still left behind and is currently facing some charges.
Shortly after being released from EFCC’s custody, Zlatan Ibile released a new song titled ‘4 Nights in Ekohtiebo’ (4 Days in Jail) which tells of his experiences in prison. He is also disappointed that his fake friends who hate him didn’t hide it while he was still in prison. Moreover, when he and Naira Marley needed their friends the most, they weren’t there for them. Zlatan Ibile says that they showed their true sides, and this revealed a lot to him.
